Get your swimmer signed up for the MAC stroke improvement clinic offered this December 8th, 9th, 15th, and 16th from 5:30-7:00pm.  This is a great opportunity to use the Winter Holiday to help your swimmer brush up on their stroke technique or to work on that stroke they just can’t quite master!  These days will be stroke specific and will be a hands on, very instructional, and beneficial tool for your swimmers stroke development.  Take the opportunity to come to one of the four stroke days or recommended all four stroke days: Wed. 8th- Butterfly, Thur. 9th- Backstroke, Wed. 15th- Breastroke, Thur. 16th- Freestyle.
