Water Aerobics

Jump right in,  the water’s fine! Whether you’re trying to maintain your current level of fitness or reach a new level, the added benefit of training in water makes our aqua workouts safe and fun without impact to the joints. People who suffer from arthritis may want to give these classes a try!
Have you ever noticed how challenging it is to walk through the shallow end of a swimming pool? Or how tired you can make yourself by simply trying to move your limbs quickly through water? Due to the constant resistance provided by the water all around you, virtually everything you do while you’re underwater can be considered a fitness activity. AquaZumba:  A cardio aqua class inspired by the land Zumba classes!  All levels

Aqualyte:  A slightly less intense version of the H20 Aerobics class.  Beginners – Novice

Deep Water Aerobics:  Cardio, strength, & flexibility class using water resistance and the deep part of the pool.   All levels

H20 Aerobics:  Cardio, strength, & flexibility class using water resistance. All levels

H20 Arthritis:  A gentle class for those with  compromised joint mobility.  Class follows guidelines of the Arthritis Association.

WATERinMOTION®:  the newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels.  All levels
