We have a broad spectrum of cardio equipment to meet your specific needs. We have brand new cardio equipment that includes Life Fitness, Cybex, and Matrix treadmills, Precor and Cybex ellipticals, Cybex Arc Trainers, Stairmasters and Step Mills, upright and recumbent bikes, and new Water Rowers. The bikes, ellipticals and treadmills are equipped with state of the art Digital televisions.
We also have an outdoor jogging trail leading from our front door through Huguenot Park. 1/2 mile increments are marked and the total distance is approximately 1.75 miles. Join one of our running groups on weekday mornings.

Race to the North Pole

This program will emphasize and promote physical fitness among kids aged 8-12. This class will include basic groups of strength training and cardio oriented circuits followed by a fun game at the end of class.

Nutrition Series
The MAC would like to introduce a new nutrition series addressing current topics. Two classes a month will be offered covering a wide range of nutrition topics geared towards anyone interested in healthy eating and how nutrition can be applied along with physical activity to create a healthy lifestyle. Classes will range from nutrition 101 which will cover the basics to specific topics such as protein requirements, antioxidant benefits, and weight management. After each class, participants will leave with up to date, extremely useful information.

X-Athletes with Trevor continues…
Old school weight training for the athlete and non athlete alike, bring your training to the next level. This is class will consist of heavyweight training with use of tires, sand bags, weight sleds, etc. designed around interval and strongman competition training.

Tennis Conditioning
This is important for all ages and sports. This 30 minute class will teach you how to warm up properly, so you can avoid strains, sprains, pulled or torn muscles. This will give you an advantage over your opponent.
