We have a broad spectrum of cardio equipment to meet your specific needs. Our cardio equipment includes Life Fitness treadmills, Precor ellipticals, Cybex Arc Trainers, Stairmasters, upright and recumbent bikes. The bikes, ellipticals and treadmills are equipped with state of the art Digital televisions. We have internet access available on the upright and recumbent bikes.
We also have an outdoor jogging trail leading from our front door through Huguenot Park. 1/2 mile increments are marked and the total distance is approximately 1.75 miles. Join one of our running groups on weekday mornings.

Biggest Loser Race to the Beach
The next Biggest Loser program starts April and runs through June. Our last winners lost a total of 54lbs and won $300 each! This could be you! There will be two winners this time, one male and one female. Cash prizes will be awarded July 1.

A strength training class designed for women and taught by women.

Lunch time Express
No more excuses. The boss can’t even complain because this 40-minute lunchtime workout will have you back at your desk in under an hour. These sessions provide a full body workout including cardio, strength, and stretching.

Dynamic Warm-up
This is important for all ages and sports. This 30 minute class will teach you how to warm up properly, so you can avoid strains, sprains, pulled or torn muscles. This will give you an advantage over your opponent. Ideal for tennis players.

Junior Lifter
This is a fitness class for 12-15 year olds. Juniors will learn the basics of fitness with an emphasis on strength training.

Cardio safe zone, tighten, tone, feel good about yourself, and have a quicker recovery.
