We have a broad spectrum of cardio and strength equipment to meet your specific needs. We have brand new cardio equipment that includes Life Fitness, Cybex, and Matrix treadmills, Precor and Cybex ellipticals, Cybex Arc Trainers, Stairmasters and Step Mills, upright and recumbent bikes, and new Water Rowers. The bikes, ellipticals and treadmills are equipped with state of the art Digital televisions.
We also have an outdoor jogging trail leading from our front door through Huguenot Park. 1/2 mile increments are marked and the total distance is approximately 1.75 miles.
