A private training area is utilized by our qualified trainers to give you the attention and focus on your individual workout. In this area we have a variety of alternative resistance methods that we use to support you in reaching your goals.

In addition to our Cardiovascular and Strength Training Equipment, we offer a variety of group training classes and incentive programs to our members throughout the year.

Eric has worked in several clubs throughout the Richmond are as an ACE Personal Trainer. He has a passion for conducting Military Style Boot Camp classes, and is starting an early morning Boot Camp class from 5:45AM-6:30AM on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
