The MAC features one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. Whether you prefer Spinning®, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, traditional land classes, Les Mills™ classes, or a mixture of all formats, our schedule  provides an outlet for the beginning to the most experienced participant. We offer something for everyone! Classes are free to members and are offered seven days per week, with start times ranging from 5:45 am to 7:15 pm. The credentials of our instructors include professional training, years of experience, relevant certifications, the love of fitness and the joy of working with our members.


Piloxing® will be offered on Wednesday October 15 and 22 at 10:30am.  Click the link to a video for a preview of this fun, cardio class, that takes inspiration from pilates, boxing and dance.  Please excuse the advertisement that precedes the video.

Introduction to Spinning® will be offered as a class:  Sunday October 19 at 10:30am, Sunday October 26 at 3:00pm and Sunday November 2 at 11:30am.  This is the perfect opportunity for members who want to learn all about the spinning program!  The class will include an orientation to both the program and the bike and a 30 minute workout.
