MAC Class Descriptions August 2015

The MAC features one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. Whether you prefer Spinning®, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, traditional land classes, Les Mills™ classes, or a mixture of all formats, our schedule  provides an outlet for the beginning to the most experienced participant. We offer something for everyone! Classes are free to members and are offered seven days per week, with start times ranging from 5:45 am to 7:00 pm. The credentials of our instructors include professional training, years of experience, relevant certifications, the love of fitness and the joy of working with our members.

TUESDAY NIGHTS AT 5:45pm BUTTS & GUTS…you asked for a night time class, and we added!  A 45 minute class aimed at toning and working your butt…and gut!  But it’s more than that.  This class is designed to focus on strengthening your hips and core muscles to not only make you stronger in class, but to give you the strength you need on a daily basis.  All exercises can be modified to fit all levels.

LES MILLS GRIT Plyo & Cardio – TUESDAY NIGHTS AT 6:30pm… a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build an athletic and lean body.  This workout uses barbells, weight plates, plyometric exercises and/or  body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.   It provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast…while offering options for all levels! Due to policy changes at Les Mills’ Corporate, MAC is now able to offer GRIT™ at no additional cost to our members.
