Group Exercise

Our 30' x 50' spacious studio offers suspended flooring which is easier on the joints, and a complete 8 speaker surround-sound system. We offer multiple classes from beginner to advanced levels in step aerobics, low impact, yoga and body sculpting.

The MAC has of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. All classes are free to members, and are offered seven days a week throughout the day and evening. All instructors have a primary certification from one of the three national certification organizations and other certifications pertinent to the discipline being taught.
