The MAC features one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. Whether you prefer Spinning®, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, traditional land classes, Les Mills™ classes, or a mixture of all formats, our schedule provides an outlet for the beginning to the most experienced participant. We offer something for everyone! Classes are free to members and are offered seven days per week, with start times ranging from 6:00 am to 7:15 pm. The credentials of our instructors include professional training, years of experience, relevant certifications, the love of fitness and the joy of working with our members.
July 2015 Special Events
XSPORT: Tuesday night, 6:30pm, basketball court, Mark will offer a new class or “training session,” XSport. XSport: An all over body, athletically driven, performance training session using body weight, athletics, plyometrics, drills, skills and strength based movements. Create a strong, lean, flexible body and hit your peak performance in a fun and challenging environment! All levels are welcome as you will have a choice of intermediate or advanced exercises!
CX WORX™: During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. ***Look for added CXWORX™ classes to our JULY schedule!!!***
July GX Member Challenge: Are you looking for a little extra motivation to ramp up your fitness routine? Take the July challenge offered by your group exercise instructors. Earn points for each class taken, and win prizes such a free month of dues, massage, personal training, tennis lesson. More information is available outside of GX1, or ask your instructor.
