The MAC features one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. Whether you prefer Spinning®, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, traditional land classes, Les Mills™ classes, or a mixture of all formats, our schedule  provides an outlet for the beginning to the most experienced participant. We offer something for everyone! Classes are free to members and are offered seven days per week, with start times ranging from 5:45 am to 7:00 pm. The credentials of our instructors include professional training, years of experience, relevant certifications, the love of fitness and the joy of working with our members.

Melissa will teach an introduction to spinning® class on Sunday July 10, at 12:15pm. In this one hour class, she will teach new participants how to adjust the bike to fit their bodies properly, how to use resistance and cadence to create a workout, and how to use the computers on the bikes in the MAC spinning® studio.  The class will include a 30 minute workout, so come prepared to exercise.  This is the perfect opportunity for new participants to learn all about spinning® classes and join in the fun of this challenging, low impact program.
