The MAC features one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. Whether you prefer Spinning®, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, traditional land classes, Les Mills™ classes, or a mixture of all formats, our schedule  provides an outlet for the beginning to the most experienced participant. We offer something for everyone! Classes are free to members and are offered seven days per week, with start times ranging from 6:00 am to 7:15 pm. The credentials of our instructors include professional training, years of experience, relevant certifications, the love of fitness and the joy of working with our members.

Piloxing Knockout is coming to MAC Monday May 4.  Join Sarah S. in the basketball court at 9:45am on Mondays.

Piloxing Knockout® is the ultimate test of athleticism taking fitness to a whole new level! This killer workout will not only test your endurance to the max, but will push your physical abilities to and, potentially, past their limits. With high intensity, plyometric, sport conditioning drills, and functional training, PILOXING KNOCKOUT® will help you conquer obstacles and achieve a level of fitness you never knew you were capable of.  Through this 45 minute class the instructor will guide you through 6 rounds with a 3 min base and either a 1.5  or 2 min drill guaranteed to KNOCK you OUT!
Note: unlike Piloxing®, Knockout® is more assertive, more intense, includes impact, plyometrics, and moving up and down off floor. Therefore, wearing good supportive shoes is highly recommended.
