This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels and provides a challenge to all who participate.
Our cycling studio accommodates 20 people and classes last about 60 minutes. In addition to the bikes, another motivating component is great music that accompanies you on your journey. The MAC has a separate, enclosed cycling room which features decor lights and music. Our classes offer intense workouts designed to benefit you both physically and mentally.
