STEPS TO SUCCESS!
This effective goal tracking program is included in your membership here at Midlothian Athletic Club. The program is designed to help all members achieve their goals and improve their quality of life! Right now, this include 3 FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS! Our Fitness Staff will motivate and encourage you along the way!

Step One: A MAC Personal Trainer will call you and schedule your first evaluation and personal training appointment.

Step Two: Meet with a Personal Trainer to complete your evaluation, set your goals, and have your personal training session. Your equipment orientation and further personal training sessions will be scheduled at this time.

Step Three: A Personal Trainer will design a circuit program for you.
