Meet Jim Cohen, Personal Training Director
Jim Cohen has 25 years of experience training athletes and individuals in reaching their goals.
Over the past 20 years, Jim has worked with athletes at the pro, college and high school levels in areas of strength and agility, footwork and explosiveness. Jim ran the RTA national training program for junior tennis players and was the USTA Area Coordinator for strength and conditioning.
Jim has had the privilege and honor of working with over 100 NCAA Division 1 college athletes as well as many other top level juniors.
For the past 5 years Jim has been an assistant coach of the Mills Godwin High School tennis team, which produced 3 state championships and 5 regional titles.
Jim says, “I truly believe that when your work is your passion, you are following God’s plan for your life. I not only want to make my athletes the best they can be on the field or the court, but sew into them as people as well!”
