MAC Crush is a small group training program. Participants are encouraged to use MYZONE heart rate monitors during the training to track their heart rate and their intensity.  Personal trainers will use a variety of equipment, including treadmills, bikes, weights, tubes, and TRX to design a challenging high intensity interval training workout.

$20 per session, or $140 for 8 sessions.
