What began as a challenge to drop a few pounds and become fit turned into a passion to help others achieve similar goals. Jen is a wife, mother of three adorable children, ACE certified personal trainer, Les Mills’ BodyPump™ , CXWORX™ and Sprint™ instructor, Pilates instructor, Spinning® instructor and Primary Group Exercise Instructor for freestyle programs such as Bootcamp, Butts and Guts and core training. Jen believes that you need to train your body to be fit for everyday life…in such a way so that when you “need” that strength, it will be second nature for your body to respond.
