Group Exercise Instructor
Kristine found her way into the gym as a stay at home mom of twins with a need for grown up time. Having no idea where to start, she found her way into group classes and stayed, eventually becoming an instructor. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and certified in general group fitness, Spinning®, and Barre. Kristine recently completed yoga teacher training and earned her RYT-200. Kristine aims to bring humor and fun to all her classes, because if you’re going to burn you might as well laugh through it.
