Pam has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Initially, she started yoga for the physical aspect and ended up coming away with much more than she imagined. She is a RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance and earned her 200-hour certification from Healthy Life Yoga Studio. She teaches Gentle, Hatha, and Chair yoga with a straightforward approach, focusing on alignment, breathing, and mindfulness. She has always found the practice of movement and breath to be healing, transformational, and enjoys sharing yoga with others. Yoga inspires her to embrace the present and to live fully in the moment.
