Sandy began teaching exercise classes at the age of 16 while living as a military dependent in Okinawa, Japan. She taught classes at the USO using a boom box and cassette tapes! She also taught for a Japanese company, in their native language. She has always loved exercising. Some favorites include biking, swimming, workout videos at home and especially low-impact aerobics. She also leads senior fitness classes and has learned a lot about focusing on the needs of older adults. She truly loves creating fun classes and using music from all genres to create a motivating atmosphere. She is happily married and has two sons.
